I’m sure you’re just as frustrated as I am about the unnecessary and expensive election that’s costing us a whopping $189 million. Just stop and think for a second – that money could have been invested in our Health Care system, helping millions of Ontarians in need. But no, instead, we have an election called by one man – Doug Ford – for his own benefit. He’s more concerned about protecting his own job than actually caring for the people of Ontario. And that’s just not right.

Failing to Provide the Basics

Let me give you a real-life example of how Doug Ford’s failure to prioritize health care is impacting Ontarians. Imagine living in an area where 275,000 people don’t have access to a family doctor. Doesn’t that sound absurd and downright immoral? I recently witnessed a heart-wrenching scene in Southwestern Ontario, where a thousand people stood in line just to register with one family doctor. Seniors, moms with babies, all hoping for a chance to get the care they so desperately need. This is the reality of Doug Ford’s Ontario – a place where basic health care needs are not being met.

Now imagine waiting over 17 hours in an emergency room with a sick child. It’s a nightmare scenario that many families in Ottawa are facing due to long wait times and underfunded hospitals. It’s time for a change.

A Brighter Future Ahead

So, what can we do differently? First and foremost, we need to ensure that every Ontarian has access to a family doctor – that’s the key to a healthier community. With a plan to invest $3 billion into our health care system and hiring 3,100 family doctors, we can make this dream a reality. But that’s not all. We also need to cut taxes, make housing more affordable, and protect our industries from external threats like tariffs.
