Tragedy Strikes in Washington DC: A Heartbreaking Incident

Last night, at around 8:48 pm, a Blackhawk helicopter from the US Army Aviation Brigade collided with a civilian airliner in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The army unit involved was Bravo Company 12th Aviation Battalion, who were on an annual proficiency training flight. It was a routine night evaluation flight for a fairly experienced crew wearing night vision goggles.
