Yoga has roots that go back at least 5,000 years in India, with over 19 different types and 66 basic positions. It’s all about boosting physical and mental well-being. And guess what? It’s become a multi-billion dollar industry today!
So, I decided to give it a shot. I found a yoga video on YouTube and jumped right in. And let me tell you, it was way more spiritual and physically challenging than I expected.

After just one session, I felt a shift in my outlook. I was hooked! I started exploring different poses like warrior one, tree, and cobra. Sure, I stumbled at first, but every day I felt stronger and more balanced.
