Hey there pals! Back in July 1947, folks in America were going wild over UFOs. Flying saucers were being spotted all over the country, and it was a big deal. It all started on 24th June, when a pilot named Kenneth Arnold said he saw 9 shiny UFOs near a hill in Seattle. 2,000 km per hour, zooming through the sky! After that, loads of people from everywhere started seeing UFOs. It was all over the news. They even linked it to nuclear sites because of where the sightings were happening most often.

Then there’s Mac Brazel from New Mexico, man, he found some strange stuff on his field. Tin foil, rubber, and a weird wooden thing. He thought, maybe it’s linked to the whole UFO craze. So, he took the stuff to the sheriff on 7th July. The army got involved after that, saying they found a UFO disk. But then they changed their tune, saying it was just a weather balloon. The whole thing just fizzled out after that.

Come the 1970s, the whispers of alien spacecraft over New Mexico started up again. And in 1980, Major Marcel even wrote a book claiming the debris wasn’t from Earth. They thought maybe a living alien was found in the UFO crash and kept at a secret base, Area 51. People believe the US Army is still studying alien tech there.

But here’s the thing, friends. Area 51 is a top-secret US Military spot in the middle of a desert in Nevada. Seriously, no one can just waltz in there. There were even rumors of aliens and UFOs being studied there. You might’ve heard of Bob Lazar, who says he studied alien tech there. But experts think he’s making stuff up.

Remember the Storm Area 51 event in 2019? Some college kid started it as a joke, but 2 million folks showed interest! In the end, only 6,000 people went, mostly just for a party. So, all that alien talk, it’s mostly just misunderstandings. Like, those high-flying military planes can look pretty weird to folks if they catch them at the right time.

And now, the US government is starting to release UFO records. Turns out, most sightings were just misidentified stuff like drones or military planes. So, stay curious, but don’t go sneaking into Area 51, okay? It’s a military site, after all. Just stick to the stories and the mysteries, enjoy them from a safe distance. Until next time, take care and stay curious, pals!
