Hey friends,

So, I recently lost one of my freelance writing gigs to AI. It’s not like they came to me and said ‘You’re fired,’ but it’s more like they just stopped giving me tasks. I used to write blog articles for them, but now they’re using AI to pump out articles super fast.

I mean, I kinda saw it coming. They even asked me to switch to creating AI-generated articles for less pay, but I negotiated to keep my original rate. And now, here we are.

It’s tough to compete with AI. They can crank out articles in seconds, while it takes me days. But hey, it’s the way of the world now.

I guess it’s just a reminder that we need to make ourselves irreplaceable in whatever we do. Like being an athlete or creating authentic content like on YouTube.

So, I’m not here for sympathy. I’ve got other gigs on the side. And hey, maybe this isn’t something you’ll have to worry about. But just remember, stay unique, stay irreplaceable.
