Hey fam,

Yesterday, we marked 50 years since Neil Armstrong took that first step on the moon. It’s crazy to think about, right?

Today, ISRO is launching Chandrayaan to check out if there’s water on the moon. Will we find any? The idea seems wild, no?

I know what you’re thinking – how can water even survive on the moon? The sun’s rays make the moon super hot and without an atmosphere, there’s no way for water to stick around. But wait, there’s more to it!

Scientists think that in the shadowy craters of the moon where the sun never shines, it’s hella cold – like below 0°C cold. And in those chilly spots, there might just be some frozen water chilling out.

Chandrayaan-1 already found water molecules on the moon back in 2008. And now, Chandrayaan-2 is gearing up to do even more cool stuff.

This time, we’re sending a rover to the moon’s South Pole – the first time ever! The plan is to land, explore, and unravel all the moon’s mysteries. Imagine that!

And why’s all this important, you ask? Well, if we find water on the moon, it could change the game for future space missions. Water means life-sustaining resources and cheaper space travel!

So, let’s cheer on Chandrayaan-2 as it ventures into the unknown. Who knows what we might find out there?

Stay curious and dream big, mates!🚀🌕✨
